An invitation to pilot companies

Run a company? Show that your prices stand up to scrutiny from real customers.

Participation is more than a sticker. It's a public signal of trust and a working feedback channel. Pilot launch: 1 October 2026. Participation in the pilot is free.

What the company gains

We don't sell ratings. We provide a reliable channel through which real customers show whether the price is worth it.

Trust

You show you're ready to let customers genuinely rate value for money.

Visibility

A profile on the platform, a directory listing and a QR code to your current status.

Feedback

You see which elements drag down how customers feel about the price: quality, quantity, transparency.

Data for decisions

A business dashboard with a breakdown by venue, trends and the top reasons for low ratings.

The two badges at the venue

“Rated on Chestni Ceni”

The first stage in the pilot: the venue is included and collects real ratings from verified purchases.

“Fair Price”

A status awarded after enough ratings, once the FPI threshold and the confidence level are met. It can't be bought.

QR code to the current status

If the status changes, customers see it straight away, even if the sticker hasn't been replaced yet.

Trust is the product

Five rules that make the badge valuable. They apply equally to every company, including those connected to the founder.

Only a verified purchase affects the official FPI.
One fiscal receipt allows one rating.
A company can't buy a rating, a badge or a ranking.
Employees and owners don't rate their own venue.
Rewards or discounts for a positive rating are prohibited.

Apply to participate

We need your venues, a contact person and the fiscal memory numbers of your cash registers, so we can recognise receipts as level A. The invitation goes to every customer with a receipt; no discounts or gifts may be given in exchange for a rating; employees and owners don't rate their own venue.

Questions from companies

How much does participation cost?

Participation in the pilot is free. Later, companies will be able to pay only for analytics and tools, never for a rating, a badge or a ranking.

What does the company get?

A public profile, a directory listing, a “Rated on Chestni Ceni” sticker, a QR code to the live status of each venue, a digital badge for its website, a business dashboard and feedback on the five measures.

Can the company see who rated it?

No. Individual ratings are not shown to anyone, including the company. It sees only summaries by venue and by measure.

How do I claim my company's profile?

Use “Claim your profile”: find the company or venue, sign in (or sign up with email and password) and submit a claim with proof — the EIK (company registration number) or the venue's phone number. If the company isn't listed, you add it with its venues and fiscal memory numbers.
