About Chestni Ceni
About
Plovdiv · pilot · launching 1 October 2026
Chestni Ceni is a platform where only people with a real purchase rate whether the price was worth it. The customer scans the QR code on the receipt, answers five short questions, and the rating goes into the venue's Fair Price Index. Participating companies give their customers a public voice.
We don't ask if it's cheap. We ask if it's worth it. The badge isn't a label for companies but a measure of value, judged by real customers: a clear price, justified by the quality and quantity, and worth it, because you'd pay it again.
Why Plovdiv. A city with a dense food scene, distinct neighbourhoods and companies with several venues each, where a pilot can be measured in a month: enough verified purchases, a clear path for the customer, and companies that see real value in the feedback.
Who is behind the methodology. A methodology council with an external majority; its members are announced before the launch. The formula, the parameters and every change are public in the Trust Center. No one on the team can set a percentage: no such field exists.
How the platform is funded. Participation in the pilot is free. Later, companies will be able to pay only for analytics and tools that don't affect the public data — never for a rating, a badge or a ranking. Trust isn't the product we sell; it's the product we protect.
Every rating comes with a receipt. An opinion without a receipt doesn't go into the index.
Anyone can calculate the index of any venue. Every version has a date and a reason.
Participation in the pilot is free. Later, companies pay only for analytics, never for a rating.
